Dr. Clemmons
Dr. Clemmons was born in Athens, Alabama. He was always intrigued with science and biology. He graduated as Valedictorian of his high school and received his Bachelor’s degree in biology from Samford University. He went on to attend the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis where he graduated Cum Laude with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. He was also awarded High Honors for his national board scores in 1996.
Since graduating, Dr. Clemmons has completed post graduate studies at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. He continues to develop his expertise yearly through continuing education courses across the country. He is a long-standing member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association and has served on the Board of Trustees for the state association. Dr. Clemmons has served as President of the Southeastern District Dental Society and the Savannah Dental Association. Because of this ongoing effort to serve the dental community, he was recognized by the GDA as an Honorable Fellow.
He is grateful to serve the community and appreciative of the relationships he has been able to cultivate over his years of practice. Dr. Clemmons is a deacon at his church and has taught high school students there since 1998.
He and his family reside in Savannah. Dr. Clemmons married his wife Mandy in 2000 and they have two amazing children. Anna Kate, his oldest, is a beautiful and accomplished Irish dancer. Miles loves baseball and fishing. Together, they enjoy traveling, going to the beach, snow skiing, and playing with their black lab!
